Full Control of Panic Disorder

1. Complete initial therapeutic phase (10 to 12 weeks)
2. Complete maintenance phase (12 weeks)
3. Complete relapse prevention phase (12 weeks)
4. Needs Assessment:
   1. Risks of discontinuation of medication and therapy
   2. Continued treatment with medication and application of cognitive behavioral skills

Partial Control of Panic Disorder

1. Assess compliance with medication and therapy
2. Continue present dose and intensify cognitive and behavioral therapy
3. Adjust dose if no side-effects or side-effects are tolerable
4. Consider other medications (Go to Medication OPTIONS:)

No Control of Panic Disorder

1. Assess compliance with medication and therapy
