Clinical ACTIONS:
- Complete initial therapeutic phase (10 to 12 weeks)
- Complete maintenance phase (12 weeks)
- Complete relapse prevention phase (12 weeks)
- Needs Assessment:
- Risks of discontinuation of medication and therapy
- Continued treatment with medication and application of cognitive behavioral skills
